Do you know how to make taro puree?
We start by peeling it. You must wear your gloves to hold taro as its juice might irritate the skin. After peeling its skin off, we have to rinse it thoroughly.

Next, we will have to steam it twice as it is hard to cook through.

Then, we add cream and sugar to taro to enhance the taste and we mix everything together.

Finally, we sieve the taro through fine sieve. Taro is probably one of the hardest thing to sieve through as its starch gets very solid.

The whole process often takes me over 2-3 hours but we have tested this numerous this numerous time and this is how we can get the perfect taro puree.
